“The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!”

“Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening.
